I am Taylor.
Some think I am Taylor Swift. This is true, however, to clarify, my middle name is Adam not Allison. I am a photographer. I find joy in many things. I like simple things, they are easier for my brain. I like complex things, they keep my brain from getting too mushy. I like colors and light. I like starting my day having breakfast with friends whenever possible. Early mornings are nice sometimes, my day feels much more full then. Lately, I’ve been waking up earlier and going to bed later…. not good. I travel at every opportunity. 2008 was the best year for camping I’ve ever had thus far in my camping career. I almost spent more nights away than in my own bed, I consider this a great accomplishment. I have a honda civic that gets amazing gas mileage. I have driven across the country at least 9 times. Most were solo. I love music. I love creating and being creative. The sole purpose of this blog is to have an outlet for photos taken by a miniature Leica M3. It is fully automatic and really hard to see through the viewfinder. The results vary dramatically. In my mind it is much like a Holga, only digital. Hence the name. It was given to me, when I move on to other things I will pass the camera on to someone else.
Oddly enough, this is the second camera I have received this way. The first was a Pentax Spotmatic 2. It was awesome, I learned so much with that camera. I passed it on several years ago when I got my first digital camera. I consider myself very successful. I have no proof of this. I try not to act my age. I’m glad I was born before the ADD/ADHD labeling craze because I would surely have been on that wagon. Instead, I get sidetracked, excited, run around, act a fool, take in life at any pace. Enough.
